Branches to veils: A few tips from David Tutera

Are you getting ready for a wedding with some handmade touches? We talked to David Tutera about a few of the top-selling products from his Bridal Collection, Down the Aisle in Style™ at Jo-Ann. He had a few more ideas about the products, below! Thanks, David!
LED BRANCHES
These versatile pieces are usable long after your wedding... - For a unique centerpiece design, stretch a few down the length of your table and add placed floral, greenery, crystals, ribbon or votive candles to create glowing seasonal designs. - Gently roll one or more branches inside of a glass container (clear, matte or even colored glass) to create illuminated lanterns that can be used as accent decor anywhere from your front porch to your powder room.

BIRDCAGE VEIL
The birdcage veil is so gorgeous, it doesn't just have to be limited to head wear! Consider using the lacy piece as an accent for flower arrangements or your bouquet by tucking the comb into one side at the bottom and draping the fabric over the top of the florals.

The veil is a unique keepsake because of its sheer design. Use it as a border for your photos or invitation by cutting out a large piece of it and placing it behind your image inside of your frame. Or, the entire veil can be placed into a shadow box, encapsulating other mementos from your wedding day.

RHINESTONE BROOCH
Every bride loves making a grand entrance into her reception and this brooch can help to change up your look after your ceremony! Enhance your gown by creating a fabulous belt with a long piece of colorful ribbon that coordinates with your decor then accent it with this brooch for a touch of crystal. Or, remove your veil and prepare for a night of dancing with an updo accented by this sparkly piece.

Long after your wedding, this brooch can enhance any blazer, coat or evening bag and also serve as a special reminder of your big day every time you see it!
