Sunflower Pumpkin

What are your favorite pumpkin decorating designs? Do you stick with a classic jack-o-lantern? Or do you try different designs? 

I love this sunflower idea, and with our Funkins carvable pumpkins, I can display it now through Thanksgiving!

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• Funkins carvable pumpkin
• Funkins carving tool
• Pencil or stylus
• Electric drill

Sunflower Pumpkin DIRECTIONS:

1. Lightly draw a circle on the side of the Fun-Kins carvable pumpkin, then draw 10 to 12 large primary petals around the circle.
2. Carve out primary petals. When done carving the first petals, carve out a smaller petal between each.
3. Dots in center part of sunflower are made with an electric drill. Adult supervision is necessary for this project.
