Learn How: Party Hat Fringe & Beverage Wrappers

Party Hat

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• 1 pkg. Party Hats
• Crepe Paper
• Martha Stewart Crafts™ Fringe Scissors
• Hot Glue

1. Attach crepe paper to the inside rim of each party hat with a small stream of hot glue.

2. Cut fringes in the crepe paper hanging out the bottom of the hat.

3. Gently fold the crepe paper out, creasing it at the edge.

Skill Level: No experience necessary

Beverage Wrappers

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• 1 - Martha Stewart Crafts ™ Essentials Paper Pad
• 1 - Scotch Tape
• 3 – Ribbon in Orange, Yellow and Red
• Paper Straws
• Paper Trimmer

1. Trim strips of paper in 2 1/2" x 8” lengths.
2. Wrap the paper around a soda or water bottle.
3. Attach paper straw to bottle with a 12” length of ribbon.

Skill Level: No experience necessary
